Subuk is a stunning wilderness destination on the high banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River, overlooking the Laikipia Plateau and Samburu Land in northern Kenya.
The entire lodge is made from river stones and driftwood found in the river; six beautifully furnished open-sided, en-suite cottages with verandahs plus a two-room family cottage.
You will be entertained by the lodge owner, the first ever female professional safari guide, for whom Sabuk is her home. Activities include day and night game drives, bush walks, bush meals, sundowners, line fishing, swimming in the river or the swimming pool, sleeping in the Sabuk Fly Camp plus camel trekking.
