Situated east of the Epupa Falls on the banks of the Kunene River, northwest Namibia, is Epupa Camp. It is a small, luxury tented camp which offers the visitor a relaxing yet exhilarating few days.
The camp offers personalised service, excellent food and the seclusion pf a lush riverine wilderness. With its waving palms, spectacular sunsets and perennially flowing waters, the Epupa area offers much to see, experience and do.
Guests will be taken to visit the Himba village, nomadic people of a Herero descent who still live and dress according to ancient customs and traditions. Nine luxury safari-style tents can accommodate 18 guests. All tents are fitted with electrical lights and mosquito netting at the door and windows.
All nine tents have en-suite bathrooms with water borne toilets, showers and a hand wash basin with hot and cold water. Cultural visits and river rafting are also offered.
